Question / Help Can i stream with those settings.

my spec are:
i3 540@3.06
4gb ram
Diamon HD 5770 HIS 1gb

when i play heroes of the storm on medium settings i got 30 fps in fights.
when i turn obs it drops down to 10 fps.
its bcs of my spec being to bad, or did i setup my stream wrong?

actually i have like 40 fps in fights on high settings in hots.and basicly when i turn obs or xsplit on, it goes down to 15

i tried streaming cs go, and cs go is runing smoothly without stream ( 80-100 fps medium details )

with stream i get like 50-60 fps but in bigger servers ( 20-30 peoples ) it runs a bit less smoothly.Still quite good.
