Question / Help CAN´T STREAM WITH OBS , NVIDIA SHADOWPLAY RUNS 1080p 60 PERFECTLY WTF?!

Not sure if this is a dead forum or my issue is simular since the links dont work anymore but i have this slight stuttering issue with my video recordings and streams, Nvidia Highlights are always smooth and crystal clear, Ive tried the everything mentioned thus far and here are my settings and appearance:https://streamable.com/bmlyx8

It's possibly frame doubling which NVENC is able to deal with more intelligently. Are you using NVENC in OBS?
