Camera shows "no signal black screen " after 30min inactivity / streaming

can you try to contact OBS and gtw supports and ask why the camera shows "no signal black screen" after 30 minutes of inactivity on the camera, even though it is still connected?

This is likely a limitation of the camera. To avoid extra taxes by being classified as a video recorder, many cameras limit the maximum amount of time a live view / recording can run.

Unlikely, as before we had the same problem but only after 50 seconds

It's a camera issue, not an OBS issue. Either the camera has a built in time limit or it's overheating and shutting down to protect itself. It's not something OBS has control over.

But there was no issue like this before and camera is not warm
