Camera not flipping horizontally

Title says it all, whenever I try to flip my camera horizontally it won't budge. I can move it around, I can flip it vertically, resize it etc, but I can't flip it horizontally. Is this a known bug / thing that can be fixed? Its source isn't locked. The only thing I haven't tried so far (as far as my knowledge allows) is making a new camera source and deleting the old one, but I also don't really want to do that as I am afraid it could reset the settings I've set for the camera. I'll gladly try it if there's a way to save the settings. It's quite strange, actually. I know for a fact that I have been able to flip it in the past, but now it's stuck facing the 'wrong' direction.

Is this a known issue where a fix exists? Does anyone have an idea of a thing I could try to do to fix it?

I tried making a new source, it didn't work. This is still an unresolved, ongoing issue, but I decided to just deal with it, and place the camera on the right side of my screen, in the middle. Honestly, it's wayyy better than most other positions for a camera, it almost never covers anything important. Games rarely use the right side of the screen for important things, and if they do, it's usually in the corner anyway.

So, technically, this issue has been resolved, but also not really.
