BUG: When switching between profiles since latest OBS 31.0.2 64bit

BUG Report:

Currently if I switch between profiles I have to log out of then back into my twitch account to get the activity feed docks to show up instead of saying "Access Denied"

Not sure if related to updates to Twitch API or OBS update. But this wasn't happening till this latest version.

Not sure why this started happening if anyone has any insight.

I've had this issue for a while now and its so annoying and the stupid thing is if I duplicate a profile and disconnect the Twitch account to log in with a different Twitch account, when I then switch between the profiles it will switch between accounts in the docks too until I restart OBS and then I have the same issue of being logged in to the wrong Twitch account in the docks!
