Browser font does not work in another instance of OBS open, only in one.

After the latest OBS update (31.0.0) it is not possible to have the browser font working in other instances of OBS open, the browser font only works in one instance, in the others it does not load.

This is harmful for those who broadcast multiple times at the same time with other instances of OBS open.

How to solve?

Like this can't use multiple instances anymore.
Tested on windows & Mac.
Hoping this is a (fixable) bug and not a "feature".
