Hi there. I had an AMD 8350 and decided to upgrade my system since it started to break down.
I bought an Intel i5 6600k with MSI z170m mortar mobo, 8gb ddr4 2666 and 750w PSU. (overclocked CPU to 4100 with the MSI gaming mode switch)
internet : 50mb down / 4mb up

I always wanted to stream my CS:GO matches but I always had the problem where my CPU was overheating (over usage) and started to drop frames so I went to the shop and bought all of the specifications and which cost 4 times more in my country (paid 3000 turkish lira) which is 3 month of minimum wage and really really expensive here (you can think of it as $3000). Anyway, I installed to win 10 on a brand new SSD and setup everything. I am not an expert with OBS settings at all but I watched like 10 youtube videos for and searched couple forums for the most suitable one and went for 1800 bitrate 1920x1080 res, keyframe interval 2, and rest default.

When I pressed start streaming my CS:GO went from 300fps to 100 and ping went from 50 to 1000 it was impossible for me to stream and play and had lots of drop frames. than I changed the res to 720p and bitrate to 1000, the drop rates were 9 in 30min which is ok and the ping went to 90-100 which was ok too but my CPU was still %95-100 with a heavy load and I could not stream it after. My ping went to 1000 again and I really could not understand the problem. (CPU USAGE %60 CS:GO 40% obs)

I mean I bought the i5 6600k thinking that it should handle streaming CS:GO like a cake but now I am wondering if I made the biggest mistake of my life where I could go for 6700k?

So my question is. Is this normal?
