I have read countless threads, and tried countless different settings based on my speedtest.net results and my streams still seem to be faded and blurry. The audio quality is great, but the video quality is pixelated and not very entertaining to watch. I am not sure if I could copy and paste my current PC settings so I can get some assistance to set up the right settings for a high quality stream? I am trying to stream World of Warcraft. Bitrate is maintained in the green but I can't seem to shake the awful quality. Any tips appreciated!!

Your bitrate is way too low for decent quality at 720p30fps, you should do at least 1500kbit/s
