Blurry And Laggy OBS

Hello, i have been trying to use obs and its blurry/laggy do you have any ideas preferably over 720p
my specs are
Ryzen 5 3600
16GB T.FORCE RAM
GTX 960 2gb
i don't know why this is happening if anyone knows please let me know
