Yesterday upgraded OBS to version 25.0.8 (64 bit) onto Windows 10 laptop.
After doing so, 'Display capture' that had previously shown the desktop screen went blank (black).
'Window capture' and 'Video capture device' sources both works fine.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success.
On the previous version, had not problems and no need to change anything at the backend - video drivers settings, graphics settings, exe, files, etc.
If it relates to the problem, listed under Windows System information: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520 (driver Version 26.20.100.7812) and AMD Radeon R7 M370 (driver version 22.19.180.1536).
Tried adding C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio\bin\64bit\obs64.exe to Intel HD Graphics 520 but it did not resolve the problem. AMD graphics control panel had not settings option to do the same.
Still blank screen, Help please?

You have not posted a logfile, so we can't really tell for sure what's going on. We really do need one to troubleshoot, why it asks for one when you post a new thread in the Support section.

That said, the most common issue is a GPU assignment problem.
Microsoft changed how/where you set the GPU a program runs on in Win10 1903 onward. Here's a guide on the updated way to set it (not in the GPU control panel, as your screenshot indicates).
