Question / Help Blackscreen while capturing with OBS

Hey there,
my problem is the following: everytime I try to capture a game with the gamecapture plugin the video is just black. I can hear the sound from the game and from my mic but i see nothing.... I tried different settings in OBS but it changed nothing... My computer: Intel Core i5 3570; nVidia GeForce GTX 560ti (newest driver installed); 8gb RAM

1. If you're playing back a local recording and it has no video, try a different player like VLC or MPC-HC. If that doesn't work,

2. Try running OBS as an administrator (right-click the shortcut > Run as administrator). If that doesn't work,

3. Are you running any other software that hooks into your game? Typically for showing some type of overlay with information in the game. Examples include but are not limited to:

Razer Synapse
Razer GameBooster
MSI Afterburner
EVGA Precision
TS3/Mumble Overlays
Fraps
Dxtory
D3DGear
Dolby Axon

If that doesn't work,

4. A black game capture source can also be caused by interfering antivirus software. Be sure to add your OBS directory to your white list, or simply disable the antivirus software temporarily to determine if it's the cause.

OK I try to tell an example with my bad english. Let's take Need for Speed Shift 2. In the Video I can see the main menu and the race menu. I also see the loading screen in the video. But when the race is going to start i only see a black screen :/ Hope I described my problem more precisely.
