Question / Help Black Screen

So OBS used to work like a charm for me (even if it was overly complicated to learn to use) but recently my game capture for League of Legends has been showing a black screen every time I start a new game. Whilst unchecking and checking the capture within the scene will display the game, I have to do it every time I start a new game.

As you can imagine, this is pretty tiresome.

Are you guys aware of this and if so, is there a fix?
