Question / Help black screen

I am having an issue.When start recording i can see my browser and its recording everything but as soon as i maximize the game,Then from there the screen goes black.Can someone help me?

You're using monitor capture. You have to use game capture if you're recording a fullscreen-mode game.

yes it does the same thing for game capture also.i am using chrome for my browser.

is it a black screen in the preview OR only on the website you're streaming to? if it's black on the website make sure you have keyinit set to 2
