Question / Help Black screen that only shows my mouse cursor

I just installed OBS and I have been trying to live stream a game in windowed mode. I tried everything and every time I preview the stream, it only shows a black screen with my mouse cursor. OBS has worked for me before and I don't know why it suddenly doesn't work any more. Here are my specs if anyone is wondering.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz
Video Card: ATI Radeon HD 5570
Memory: 3.1 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 32-bit

It looks like your game capture is set to capture Chrome, which isn't a game. If you need to capture your browser, use window or monitor capture.

I want to capture a game that I am playing in Windowed mode which doesn't seem to work.

Then you need to point your game capture source at the game instead of Chrome. Alternately you can enable Aero and just use window capture.
