So I recently got OBS and watched tutorials. I have all the correct setting and everything is right. When ever I used to click preview stream it came up perfectly good FPS but heres some issues every time making it so I cant stream. It is now coming up as an all black screen and I didn't change anything I restarted OBS because it always goes into a "Not Responding" mode. Also whenever I didn't have a black screen OBS was really really slow when trying to add an image over my chat.

Your GPU is extremely weak. That is a very very poor card. and you're getting a lot of duplicate/late frames as a result. You will need to downscale quite a bit to get better performance. That's probably why OBS stops responding.
