Question / Help Black screen for recording LoL matches

How do I fix this problem I am new to this program and my first recording had sounds from game play but screew was black. I am running on windows 7. Can anyone help?

Ok, two things, you did not add any source to capture something.
OBS default has one empty scene that allows you to add sources (in the middle section of OBS the sources of the current selected scene are listed). So you will probably want to check our overview & quickstart guide:

Then I would recommend you to use the downscaling option to 1.5 or 1280x720 resolution, seeing your CPU, the full monitor resolution will be a bit too much.
