So this is my internet speed 
I've been streaming for about one week and everything was ok. Since two days i try to stream and i cant becouse my bitrate fluctuates very badly and disconnects. I have set 1800 bitrate when i start streaming it goes up to 1800 jups up to 2300 and 3000 then 0 and stops. i've tryed every single server and lowered, increased bitrate and same thing.
Monitor resolution 1920x1080
CPU: AMD FX 6300 6 cores 3.5ghz
RAM: 10 GB
Any ideas what should i do ?
