Bitrate Drops, but ONLY while Streaming Fortnite

I stream on Youtube and Twitch, usually Minecraft, but other games as well.
I bought a new router not too long ago, so my upload and download speed are usually around 60Mb up and 500Mb down, but when Fortnite is running it interferes with the network traffic somehow and I can only get like 0.3Mb up and 25Mb down.

I have a 13th gen i9 processor
nvidia 4070 GPU
and 32GB of RAM.

Games normally run with lots of mods and high graphics and stream perfectly fine, but for some reason,
as soon as I launch Fortnite, obs decides to tank bitrate to 0!

19:43:57.870: Lenovo Vantage / Legion Edge is installed. The "Network Boost" feature must be disabled when streaming with OBS.
