I've been having some trouble streaming lately,
I've been streaming for around 3 years with the same settings, 4000-6000 bitrate but recently (I'm talking like 2 weeks or so) my bitrate will be stable for a couple secconds then dip down to 2000 or lower. No settings have changed just the connection between me and twitch seems to be the issue. I have a decent computer and I've tried streaming on 2 different modems. changing the modem gave me the same results. called up the isp too they didn't see any issues on my end to them. What do you think I should do next to troubleshoot. Thanks
EDIT It's currently dropping around 45% of my frames (60fps)
EDIT I've also tried streaming on other services and they are perfectly stable.
