Hi folks,
For the first time yesterday, I streamed a DJ set to Mixcloud (migrating from Twitch). At the same time, I intended to record the audio to archive/post. While the stream went rather well, after stopping the recording, I got stuck in the "Stopping recording..." process, ultimately leaving me with just a corrupt 76 kb WAV file. I have other ways to record, but as I am already streaming and running my DJ software off of my (2015) Macbook Pro, I was hoping to have the minimum number of applications open.
This was my first time attempting to record WAV files through the software. I have attached my log, as well as my recording settings. Does anybody have any insight into what I may be doing wrong—other than not owning a good enough computer?
