Question / Help Best Video, Encoding,Advanced settings to stream LoL?

Processor Intel Pentium CPU G620 2x2.60
RAM: 6gb
System Type : 64-bit
Video : AMD Radeon HD 6450 1gb VRAM
Internet Speed (from Dobrich Bulgaria):

I have tried a lot of things but my stream keeps lagging every 5-6 seconds, what settings should i use for best streaming quality ?

In general its better to show us a log file, it will also show us your general hardware setup and how your system "worked" with your tested settings:

So far I can only say that your CPU is pretty slow, you already switched to the ultrafast preset to make it work I guess but its not really recommended for streaming. Then your bitrate is very high, for streaming, especially to twitch.tv (if you use that) its recommended to stay below 3000-3500kbps. Last but not least your GPU is not the most powerful either, so again, I would have to see a log file, to think about possible options.
