Question / Help Best stream settings for me

Hello,
Im been streaming for a littlebit now, but i can't find the best settings for me. Could someone help me?
Also my ping gets high for some reason when I stream (its low when im not streaming)
Im streaming on twitch.

Internet : Download 40-50Mbps, Upload 10-15Mbps

Specs:
GTX 1060 6GB
I7 7700
16GB RAM
1TB HDD, 256GB SSD
650W CORSAIR PSU

Im looking for:
Right bitrate
Right resolution (all games 1920x1080)
Nvenc or x264
And anything else you can suggest for better streams.

This is what the auto-configuration wizard is for. It will ask you questions about your intended use and run some tests, and suggest some settings you should start with.

It is in the Tools menu.
