I am looking for someone who can help me out because my friend said that when he watched the stream its constantly buffering..

CPU : Amd athlon x3 435 processor 2.9ghz overclocked to 3.2
ram: 8gb ddr3
gpu: ati radeon 4770 HD

Sometimes it says high encoding..
