Question / Help BEST SETTINGS? LOTS OF DROPPED FRAMES

Hi guys, I have been using StreamLabs OBS and getting a lot of dropped frames. It must be something with my setting because my PC is Decent.

Specs
Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 2060 Super
16GB DDR4 3200MHZ
SSD+HDD

Could it have to do with how high my game setting are? I'm trying to stream Modern Warfare at 165FPS
