Question / Help Best Settings for Streaming on Youtube or Twitch

I've started streaming lately, and when I look at my stream on Youtube which I streamed yesterday, the video was really laggy and it's pixelated.
Any help to make the stream smooth? Maybe the settings?

My PC Specs:
i7-8700k Processor
GTX 1060 6GB Graphic Card
8 GB RAM
and, Asus B360-H Motherboard

My Upload Speed is 3.7 Mbps

Update Windows. You are two major versions behind and this one performs poorly with OBS.

Don't mix game and display captures in the same scene, this will perform poorly and potentially cause black screen problems.

Your current settings are overloading your internet connection. Lower your bitrate.
