Question / Help Bad performances in-game

Hi I tried streaming csgo because a member of Team2g convinced me to but when I try to stream I get really poor performances in-game

I7-3770@3.4Ghz
GTX660ti 2gb
16 gb of ram

I tried the lowest settings in-game but I drop from 200 fps to 20
3500 bitrates
(i'm not on my pc atm I can edit my settings when i get there)
Tried 60 and 30 fps

apparently you tried to stream league of legends in this log and not csgo

Same on League of Legends , I switched my resolution on that one
