Question / Help AverMedia Live Gamer HD Black screen w/ OBS

Having trouble capturing consoles. Just gets a black screen.
Currently trying to capture Xbox one.
I downscaled the reolution to 720 but still no luck.

It looks like you may not have set the resolution correctly on the capture card. Open the video capture source for the C985. What resolution is it set to?

Glad it works. Remember that the C985's resolution should either match or be lower than its input (it can downscale but it can't upscale).
