I recently bought an Avermedia LGX that I intended to use to stream (via OBS), while using the Elgato HD60 I already owned to record gameplay separately (using the Game Capture HD 2.0 software). When both devices are in use, however, the audio on the stream and my desktop distorts and lags, and the audio on the stream ends up going out of sync. My CPU/memory usage never goes above 30%, and the devices are on separate USB hubs (LGX is on 3.0, HD60 on 2.0). Windows device manager tells me that both buses are at 20% bandwidth use. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting steps I could think of: unplugging/plugging devices, restarting, uninstalling/reinstalling software and drivers, but the problem persists.
