Hello,
I'm going to do a streaming in the sea, it's a "ría" with two major cities on each side, so reception isn't great, but it is there. I was looking to maximize the quality as much as I can in a 5 Mb/s stream, so I was wondering:
1. If there is any way to use AV1 in Windows for OBS streaming? Is it too slow for 1080p 25fps video?
2. How do you stream to YouTube HLS instead of RTMP?
