Audio-Video Sync Issue During Streaming/Recording with Sony ZV-E10 II + Camlink 4K

Hi everyone,

I’m experiencing an audio delay issue during streaming and local recording with OBS. Here’s my setup:

• Camera: Sony ZV-E10 II
• Capture card: Elgato Camlink 4K
• Microphone: DJI Mini Mic 2 (connected to the camera)
• OBS: Streaming simultaneously to YouTube and my personal website via RTMP (RTMP via multiple output plugin

• Local recording: OBS records locally to my PC
• Additional: Camera itself records a copy independently (this copy has no sync issues)

Problem:

During both live streams and local recording, the audio gets delayed relative to the video. The delay only occurs in OBS outputs. The source camera’s recording is perfectly in sync.

• My upload speed is 80 Mbps.

Experiencing audio/video desynchronization after ~4-5 minutes of streaming, with audio buffering reaching 960ms. The issue appears in both the live stream and local recording, suggesting it's an OBS/system issue rather than network-related

You need to uninstall the security suit you're using. As far as you have good behavior online, you don't need anything else than the really good security suit that comes with Windows. Just make sure to keep all updated. Almost all security suits are too intrusive, eventually causing issues.
Wi-fi isn't reliable enough for streaming, which sooner or later you're going know. Always prefer a wired connection, specially if you plan to use the multi-rtmp plugin. If you can't use a wired connection then it's better to stream to one single streaming service at a time. You can use the embed feature of youtube in your website if needed.
HAGS is recommended to be disabled.
Before you add any plugin first make sure OBS is working as intended. Then try and test plugins that you may need. If you have issues, then it could be one of this plugins causing. The support for each plugin is made by it's corresponding dev or users on the Discussion section of the particular plugins' page.
Looks like you're using an insiders build of Windows, which isn't supported and may have issues. Microsoft started to roll out preview versions of their updates (insider builds) and you have to resist the urge to install them.

For recording it was recommended to use MKV container instead of MP4 / MOV but since some time ago you can also use hybrid MP4. You can remux the MKV into mp4 after recording (file menu).

And if you don't know what you're doing, do not use the advanced output mode. Keep it on simple output and use the presets for recording quality.
Now, you should be able to stream at 60 fps and 6000kbps or more to youtube unless issues on your ISP.
