Audio Randomly Starts Crackling During Stream

I googled this and found a lot of questions with no actual answers. So here I am. Hi.

The audio source in question has ranged from the game, my mic, Discord chat, T.I.T.S, and Mix It Up. And it's usually one ever been one per stream that goes weird. Usually, it's the game or one or the voice channels. And I have to rely on someone in chat alerting me to the problem, which can take some time (or even not happen at all), and then I have to apply a temporary fix.

How I fix it? I go into the current culprit's Properties, and just swap which "Window Match Priority" setting it's on at the time. I don't know why this fixes it, but it does... until the next time I stream. So again, I change that one setting, and find it fixed again for the rest of that stream. But I have to wait for it to break each time as attempting to pre-fix it by changing the setting before going live doesn't make stop it from messing-up later.

Ideally, I'd like this never to happen. So I'd love to know why this problem, that's so wide-spread and so old now, hasn't been fixed yet. And when we can expect a fix.

From the description I can assume that you run into issue known as (3rd party plugins to separate sounds that using same technology, also affected by the same issue):
Windows bug, should be fixed with OS updates, at least for W11.

Anyway,
