Audio Lagging On Live Stream

Hello everyone my obs live stream audio lags terribly.

I am running a Virtual private server through contabo.com that way the live stream can be run 24/7, here are the hardware specs:

4 vCPU Cores

6 GB RAM

100 GB NVMe

or 400 GB SSD

1 Snapshot

32 TB Traffic*

Unlimited Incoming

The hosted computer uses the Linux operating system. I am running Ubtuntu 22.0 as a GUI.

I am attempting to stream a static image with background music playing through Spotify. I have the stream output set to 1280 x 720 resolution and the audio output set at 160 bitrate. I am not losing any frames on OBS and the audio sounds fine it is just on the output of the stream where it is lagging. I have tried everything available and I am about to give up unless someone can be a godsend and help, please.

VMs are not supported you need a GPU. You are using the wrong tool for the job.
