Question / Help Audio is out of sync and I can't fix it

So my webcam and mic are out of sync and when I add a delay to fix it, it doesnt do anything! I really need help with this because its very VERY annoying

Also, are you sure the delay isn't doing anything? how much delay are you adding?

I keep trying to fix it and change it, then when i put it into sony vegas I can tell the delay is the exact same time, I'll try now

Your mic is not offset, what value are you trying to offset the audio by?

I'm trying to use my blue yeti and there shouldnt be a delay right if I am using my webcam with no delay

if only it worked that way... Depending on your setup, there may be delay. I would try delaying the audio by 100MS at a time until it syncs up

wow I put on 100 and it looked fine straight away

Perfect! Depending on the webcam, sometimes there is a delay before OBS ever even gets the feed. In this case, adjusting the audio is the best option
