Audio extremely quiet despite being set at 100%

Hello. I am having issues with OBS where when recording, the audio I capture is extremely quiet, despite my setting the audio volume to 100%. My specs are: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013): Processor: 2.6 GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel Iris 1536 MB Operating System: macOS Big Sur. And I'm using OBS version 30.0.2. For context, I wanted to record audio from a Discord Voice Call and when I tried this using default audio settings, it didn't capture any of the other person's audio at all, so I installed a loopback device (blackhole) and this was successful at capturing the audio at first, but I ran into issues where either OBS would only record my voice, only record the other person, or would record both of them perfectly but I wouldn't be able to hear the other person in the voice call. I finally set it to capture both of our audio and for me to be able to hear it well, but when I play the recording, my own voice is fine but the other person is incredibly quiet. My set-up for devices is input device set to default (built-in microphone) and output set to blackhole. Both my Discord input and output devices are set to default (built-in microphone and built-in output). I attached some phots of my set-up in case you find them useful.
