Question / Help Audio echo

Recently I've had this audio issue where it gives the sound an surround/echo bug.
It's only the desktop sound not the mic

Thanks for the reply, but I don’t think this is my case.
I don’t have doubled audio, rather a louder version of the audio.
Imagine you were in a big room, with bad quality speakers playing a sound.
This is the effect I get on my audio. I didn’t have this the first months of using it.
