Question / Help Audio capture only hearing two channels from Scarlett

I have a Scarlett 18i8 as my audio source, and OBS picks up audio from inputs one and two, but not from three and four.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
 
I have a similar issue using cdjs with Traktor pro 3 timecode. My sound card is Traktor certified and built into my mixer, an ecler Evo 5. In order to use the cdjs I need to keep the audio surve in Traktor set to Evo 5. I’ve tried using Loopback and I can only get sound on ch 1 and 2, the left cdj, and not the right ch 3 and 4. But if I switch the audio in Traktor to Loopback audio I lose all external control through my cdjs and mixer.
