Question / Help Audio and Video delay options not working

Hello!

So I've been trying to set up my stream using an Elgato Capture card capturing my PC (for complex reasons don't ask why).

Since I'm using a cap card with delay, I need to delay my audio and the video of my webcam by 1500 ms.

I set the options accordingly but nothing seems to be delayed in the stream preview. The audio and webcam are projecting in real time.

So what gives?

PS: I'm using a Macbook Pro with a windows partition.

In the OBS log file it does not report any delay set on your device. It says that you have 'use buffering' on at 0 for your webcam.
