Any fix planified about sound bug from browser source ? (Alerts from Twitch, S.E, etc)

Hi, i had a problem and lots streamer too about sound alerts, its sound like "crispy and some distortion"
For exemple :

Twitch

Twitch is the world's leading video platform and community for gamers.

clips.twitch.tv

I tried everything, reset my pc, khz, kbs, seperate sound from browser source, different website, its all the same.

Any fix will come ?
Maybe its around HAGS from Windows ?

I saw lots of thread about this problem but no fix
Im with every last update, same problem on different PC
Windows 11 / 4090 / OBS last version / PC is update
