Free Animated lower thirds with control panel 2020-04-12

I've tried everything from this forum to a few YouTube videos and I cannot get the Lower Thirds to display.
I have it docked fine, added logos, fine, text, but nothing appears.
Using OBS version 28.0.1
Windows 10

Assume the files are in this folder C:\obstools\obslower3rds\lower thirds\

In Browser Source:

1. Uncheck local files
2. The URL needs to file:///C:/obstools/obslower3rds/lower%20thirds/browser-source.html

in Custom Dock

1. The URL needs to file:///C:/obstools/obslower3rds/lower%20thirds/control-panel.html

Adjust to the path of your files.

any way to change the code to use it like an Excel sheet? When you press down, it should change to the next person's name, for example, graduation for all their people's names and degree
