Question / Help Accidentally changed x264 CPU Preset

I accidentally changed my x264 CPU preset and now I am no longer able to stream. If I can get some help with this it would be very much appreciated! Thanks!

Go into settings, then advanced, and then where it says X264 preset, set it to veryfast.

I tried that, but still, when I press start streaming nothing happens..

When you start streaming, what do you mean by nothing happens?

Ok, so when I start streaming, it just says press start streaming to start streaming and the fps is at 0..
