i applaud you for going out and trying to improve obs for all involved. you get a thumbs up from me. Does your fix keep obs from growing itself or just from chewing up free memory?
Yes, it stops OBS from growing itself. It uses GC Collect, so it frees up cache (Garbage Collection), sorry for the late response, I'm not active on this forum.

ok thank you will definitely try this, but mine looks a lot different than yours...
It is not an issue with your network. It is a problem with your rendering. You need a Good Graphics Card if you want to be streaming multiple sources via OBS. You have a good network connection, enough to handle more than 10 HD streams but your bottleneck is your system resources. If you need any help, dm me on discord @wsgr

it accesses the WMI data to show you the ram percentage

quite obvious, you need to get the process pid for the program to work

Ive found that using obs 30.1.0 and setting it to run as admin and using win7 compatibility fixes a lot of my memory issues as without win7 comp and admin privileges i had 35 hard fails every few minutes and memory when idle was between 3gb - 3.4gb of ram when in use with those options checked i dropped the memory to 2.5gb-2.7gb when in use with no hard fails at all after testing for 30 min each
