Question / Help 60fps problem.

Hey everyone!

i just build my new computer this are the specs:

CPU: i5 4690 3.5ghz
GPU: Gigabyte geforce gtx970 g1gamming
Memory: 8gb kingston
psu: 750watt corsair RM
ssd: 250gb kingston v300 ssd
and a western digital blue 1tb

now my problem is.. when i wan't to record some gameplay in 60fps
it goes verry smooth but every like 4-5 seconds there is a verry little lagg spike
and i annoys me as fuck..! i think i got a setting wrong or something
do you guys have any sugestions?
here are some screenshots of my settings.

i am saving my recordings to my ssd bdw its like 250mbs so that should be good enought for 60fps

please help!

ok, i did that.. but what do you recommend as cpu preset? verryfast ultrafast?
For streaming, veryfast is what you want and maybe slower if you PC can handle it. for local recording you can use userfast instead then use buffer 0 which will unlock the bitrate.
 
when i use these settings ---> see picture. i get good quality video but you still notice some verry small drops.
