Hallo does anyone know how to get the xbox 360 kinect to work with OBS?

What do you mean? Like, as a webcam? Are you hooking your Kinect up to your computer directly?

Like this they grey thinks is my kinect and when i open skype i can see my self? so i was hoping some knows what to do?

I am wondering how to use the kinect as a webcam as well. I am hooking it up directly to my computer. I already installed the drivers for it. I can use it in skype but not in OBS. It doesn't even come up as an option in my video capture devices. However in my audio devices I can choose to use the mic from the kinect so it recognizes it there for the audio but not for the webcam in my video capture devices. Help would be appreciated.

If you're still looking for the issue here I found that skype was blocking OBS from using my kinect. As soon as I killed skype it worked fine. it should work as long as you dont try to view the kinect in skype. as soon as you do it seems to hook the kinect and not let go of it for some reason.

so basically... close skype completely... open obs... reopen skype and DONT ever look at the kinect cam using it. Then it should work in OBS fine... I blame skype for it =)
