Question / Help 100mbit upload bit rate problem?

Hi guys I have i5 4670K overclocked 4GHZ processor
and R9 280X toxic 3GB DDR5 graphic card. But there is a issue I would like to stream really nice like 1080p and using bitrate at 3500 but still my stream is looks like crap could you guys advice me how to stream nicely I have been reading all froum but couldnt get nice stream with settings they say

Note: I have 100mbit download and Upload speed.

Your log seems fine. Keep in mind that FPS games demand a lot of bitrate, especially at 1080p. You may want to downscale to 720p.
