1 Frame per 10 seconds on recording

So I normally record my class lectures with OBS, and it works great. However, I have been trying to record my Battlefront II gameplay lately and I have been getting horrible stuttering, so much so that the game looks like a slideshow, but the sound is fine. I have tried software encoding and hardware encoding, I have tried changing the color output, I have tried many things with no luck.

Maybe my hardware stinks these days? Anyway, here's the log, help much appreciated,

Switch Colorformat in OBS from RGBA to NV12 and then swtich to the NVENC (new) encoder. After that, create a scene with a game capture source, because the monitor_capture in your scene is inefficient for hooking into games.
