Hey guys, i have this slight stutter ever 5 seconds during the stream. Video quality is acceptable, I have my bitrate set to 2200 because if I have it higher i just get everyone complaining that the video is constantly buffering. http://www.twitch.tv/xgmscene/b/623996820?t=5m27s

Please let me know what to change to make the quality better / stutter stop.

Video imput is Avermedia HD C985 @ Native (1920x1080 x30fps)

Ahh, sorry about that. Thought the info above would be enough.

Past video's don't seem to have the problem. I think the only thing that I changed was my Camera video quality. I was originally useing 720p x30FPS, but today I decided to up it to 1080p X30fps. So Maybe? Because there also seems to be a stutter with the audio from time to time as well.

Hmm interesting. I see you're using an Avermedia capture card. What are you streaming? PC games? If so, the capture card is pointless, unless its installed in a dedicated streaming PC, and you're playing your PC games from a different PC.
If you're playing PC games from the same machine that the capture card is installed it. Get rid of it. Just use game capture.
Your CPU (for streaming) is fairly weak, maybe it's having trouble streaming and running the game at the same time. Try lowering your x264 preset to Superfast or Ultrafast.

Yeah sounds like the culprit. Alot of people will have their webcams set to a stupidly high resolution like 1920x1080 or even 1280x720. When you're streaming with the webcam all small in the corner, like you do, you really only need your webcam set to 320x240, or 640x480 at the most.
