This plugin intentionally adds lags during video rendering.
It will be useful to debug outputs, encoders, filters, etc. under rendering lag is happening.

Rate
This property specifies how often the lag is injected.
Sleep time
This property specifies how long the lag is injected for each. It is recommended to set a slightly larger value than twice of the frame time, for example, 70 ms for 30 fps.
