Reworked the interaction logic with third-party APIs. If you were previously authorized on Twitch, you will need to log in again and recreate any rewards you previously created.

Completely redesigned the file architecture. All application data is now stored in %AppData%\Roaming\GredBot\profile
A setup window with various options will now appear during installation, updating, or uninstallation.
After the first launch, your system language will be set by default. If your language is not supported by the program, English will be selected as the default.
Added the ability to pin the program window on top of other application windows.
Added a crash report window for critical errors, where you can view the log and choose to send the report or close the window.
