First off hats off to you guys for a great program!
We are using YouTube to ingest our live streams. We are having some issues (beyond YouTube jacking up our feeds last week). This one particular feed is freezing up on YouTube. OBS is humming right along and the preview windows is perfect. When we refresh YouTube it will play like 15 seconds and then stop again...sometimes it will just start playing hours after the frustration. I will stop and restart the feed and things will start perfect again, until it happens again.
No frame drops and clean logs.
I have messed with settings and was using 3000kbs bitrate.
Also is that just YouTube that when you refresh it plays about 15 seconds of the old stream before it catches up?
