YouTube Live delay between video and audio

Hello, we're Trinity Christian Fellowship Church in Chicago.

We are having some lag issues where the streaming video doesn't match the audio on YouTube live. We were wondering if you have any advice on settings between the PTZ Optics camera we use and the OBS software. We're kind of stuck trying to figure it out.

Hello from another church with Trinity in the name (other side of the country)
What you haven't done is describe the audio connection to OBS? are you doing the typical method of routing audio from your in-house speaker/mixer to OBS PC? or do you have audio plugged into PTZ camera?
The issue is the typically audio is much smaller, therefore faster to process. OBS has an audio delay option
PTZ Optics has a nice video you can download to play on a tablet or laptop (with camera and microphone pointed video playback device) and from watching that (usually easiest via a OBS Recording) you can determine, then adjust the Audio Delay in OBS' Advanced Audio Properties for your Audio Source (in Audio MIxer)
I don't have an OBS PC in front of me, so I don't recall the exact settings path, but one of these, especially first 2 should have the reference
